By placing an order with UrbanMoto, you acknowledge that all purchases are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

📮 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

UrbanMoto is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after they have been marked as delivered. Refunds or replacements will not be issued in these situations. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

🌍 International Orders (Customs & Duties)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

UrbanMoto does not collect or control these fees, and they are not included at checkout.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed in the incorrect size. Unless otherwise stated, all apparel is sold in adult sizing.
